Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery destination and order value.

From time to time, Bellezora may offer Free Shipping Promotions on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, except where required by applicable law.


Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

If you experience any issues locating your shipment, our customer support team will be happy to assist you.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every reasonable effort to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Bellezora is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us promptly. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment whenever possible.


Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment where applicable.

You will not be charged any additional shipping fees due to split shipments initiated by Bellezora.


Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of an order or fails to accept delivery resulting in the package being returned, any return shipping charges, customs fees, storage fees, or other related costs incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:

  • Inspecting the package before opening whenever possible.

  • Taking clear photographs of the packaging and damaged items.

  • Contacting our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Providing detailed information helps us resolve shipping claims more efficiently.


Delivery Confirmation

For certain shipments, the shipping carrier may require a signature upon delivery.

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, Bellezora considers the shipment successfully completed.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Because our fulfillment team begins processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated after processing has begun.


Force Majeure

Bellezora shall not be held responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, customs delays, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
