Return Eligibility

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bellezora cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages that are lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges
At this time, Bellezora does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
This allows us to process your request as quickly as possible while ensuring product availability.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
